If a lead is wrong
Tell us. We replace it.
Got a bad lead? Hit reply and tell us which one. We replace it, free. No claims form. No seven-day countdown. No 'your account manager will review your case.' Wrong number, wrong area, not the homeowner. Replaced, whenever you spot it.
A homeowner who hasn't picked up yet isn't a bad lead. That's a reason to call again fast.

If we ever supply a lead from your locked postcodes to another installer while you hold an active balance, your remaining balance is refunded in full.

Lead blocks include generation and delivery, with no separate advertising budget or monthly management retainer. Once a block is complete, you decide whether to order another. See the current pricing and order terms.
An enquiry still needs your sales process. Plan who will contact each homeowner, follow up, assess the property and prepare the quote. Use your own results to decide whether the next order makes sense.
Questions before buying solar leads
Are these solar enquiries or booked appointments?
You buy an accepted homeowner enquiry for your team to contact. Your team handles the conversation, suitability checks, survey, quote and sale. A lead block does not promise a booked appointment or a completed installation.
Does the £45 starting price apply to my first order?
No. Prices vary with order size and repeat orders. Get your lead options to see your price. We show your order options before you decide whether to buy.
Is there a minimum order or monthly subscription?
You buy leads in blocks. We agree the number of leads and delivery schedule before you buy. You finish that block, then decide whether to order another. There is no monthly subscription for lead blocks.
Do I need a separate advertising budget?
No. Generating the enquiry, the agreed checks and delivery are included in the lead price. Managed advertising under your own brand is a separate service.
Can I choose my postcodes and include battery enquiries?
Tell us where you install and whether you want solar panels, solar with battery storage, or both. We check availability and agree the coverage and enquiry criteria before you order.
How quickly will the leads arrive?
We agree the delivery route and schedule before launch. Availability and timing depend on your area, criteria and order. Submitting the form does not start supply or reserve an area.
