What counts as an accepted lead?
An accepted lead is a UK homeowner who asked for a solar quote, lives in your agreed postcodes, owns the property, and gave a real name, full address and phone number that we verified before the lead reached you. If a lead misses that standard, tell us and we replace it, free.
What happens if a lead is a wrong number or out of area?
We replace it, free. Hit reply, tell us which lead and why, and a replacement takes its place. There is no seven-day claim window. A lead that missed the standard is replaced whenever you spot it. A homeowner who has not picked up yet is a different thing: that is a reason to call again quickly, not a defect.
How is this different from Checkatrade or shared leads?
Shared platforms sell the same homeowner to three to five installers, so you are quote number four before you have said hello. Every lead we generate in your area goes to you and only you, and is never resold.
Do you book the surveys for us?
No. We generate the lead and deliver it to your CRM within minutes of the homeowner enquiring. Your team calls, books the survey and runs the sale. We sell leads, not appointments, and we price accordingly.
We already get referrals. Why buy leads?
