An accepted lead is a UK homeowner who asked for a solar quote, lives in your agreed postcodes, owns the property, and gave a real name, full address and phone number that we verified before the lead reached you. If a lead misses the published standard, tell us and we replace it free under our terms. Heat pump checks are agreed for your service before ordering.
Does a lead guarantee an installation?
No. A lead is a homeowner enquiry. Your survey, quote and follow-up still need to turn that enquiry into a customer.
Can I use the system I already have?
Yes. We agree delivery by email or a supported existing system before launch. You do not have to buy a new CRM.
What if a lead block is more than I need?
