How It Works

How buying exclusive solar leads works

PoweredLeads sells exclusive solar panel and solar PV leads from £45 per accepted lead. You agree your postcodes, we generate the leads and carry the cost, and each lead reaches you within minutes of the homeowner enquiring. Any lead that misses The Four-Point Accepted Lead Standard is replaced, free.

The journey

How are the leads delivered?

Leads arrive by email the moment a homeowner enquires, or straight into your CRM if you use one. Nothing changes on your side: same inbox, same phone. The difference is that nobody else got that homeowner, and the details were verified before you saw them.

  1. Homeowner asks for a solar quote

    In your postcodes

  2. We verify the details

    Name, full address, phone

  3. The lead lands with you

    Email or CRM, within minutes

  4. Your team calls first

    Yours alone, never resold

  5. Misses the standard?

Getting set up: the five steps

Most installers go from first enquiry to first lead inside a week.

  1. Check your area

Tell us the postcodes you cover and how many leads you want a month. Two questions, about 90 seconds.

    You

  2. Confirm your price on a short call

From £45 per accepted lead, agreed before you order anything. First orders are always set up on a call; nobody should send money to a website they met yesterday.

    Fifteen minutes

  3. We lock your postcodes and connect delivery

Leads arrive by email, or straight into your CRM if you use one. Nothing to install, no new software to learn.

  4. Verified leads arrive

We generate the leads and carry the cost. Each lead reaches you within minutes of the homeowner enquiring; first leads usually land within three to five working days.

  5. You call, and tell us what happened

Your team rings the homeowner, books the survey and runs the sale. Bad leads are replaced, free.

The standard

What if a lead is no good?

An accepted lead is a UK homeowner who asked for a solar quote, lives in your agreed postcodes, owns the property, and gave a real name, full address and phone number that we verified before the lead reached you.

The Four-Point Accepted Lead Standard

  1. 01

The homeowner asked for a solar quote and consented to a named installer contacting them.

  2. 02

The property is inside your agreed postcodes.

  3. 03

    They own the property.

  4. 04

The name, full address and phone number are real and reachable, and we verified them before the lead reached you.

If a lead misses the standard

Got a bad lead? Hit reply and tell us which one. We replace it, free. No claims form. No seven-day countdown. No 'your account manager will review your case.' Wrong number, wrong area, not the homeowner. Replaced, whenever you spot it.

A homeowner who hasn't picked up yet isn't a bad lead. That's a reason to call again fast.

Why we can afford to

We can afford to work this way for one reason: every lead is verified before it leaves us. When you check the goods before they ship, you don't need a complaints department.

Telling us what happened takes seconds, and it is how replacements get applied.

The longer you stay, the better they get.

Tell us how each lead worked out. One tap. That feedback trains the AI behind your lead flow. AI Lead Tuning, an optional upgrade agreed on the call, steers it toward the bigger jobs you actually want to win.

Your outcome data works for you and nobody else. It improves your leads, it is never sold or shared, and it is handled under UK GDPR with the ICO. Opt out any time; your leads keep arriving either way.

Who is pay-per-lead for?

UK solar installers who can ring a new lead quickly and know roughly how many jobs a month they want. Small teams as well as large ones; a modest first block is a perfectly normal way to start.

  • Speed to call Someone can ring a new lead within the hour, most of the time.
  • Known appetite You know roughly how many jobs a month you want.
  • No marketing to run You want exclusivity without running the campaigns yourself.
  • A definable patch You cover a clear set of postcodes. We supply one installer per area.

We sell leads, not appointments, and we price accordingly. If your area is already taken, we tell you straight away.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

First leads, delivery method, who calls the homeowner, and what happens if your area is taken.

How long until I get my first lead?

Usually three to five working days from the point your postcodes are agreed. Your area has to be set up and start producing first.

Do I need to run any marketing myself?

No. We generate the leads and carry the cost. You never see an account, a spend figure or a card charge. You pay per accepted lead and nothing else.

How do the leads reach my team?

Leads arrive by email the moment a homeowner enquires. That always works, and there is nothing to install. If you would rather they land straight in your CRM, we set that up with you on the call. There is no PoweredLeads system for you to log in to.

Do you call the homeowner first?

No. We generate the lead and send it straight to you. Your team makes the first call, which is a large part of why exclusivity matters. You are the first and only installer that homeowner speaks to.

Can I stop?

A block runs to completion, then you decide whether to order another. That is the whole commitment. There is no contract, no notice period and nothing to cancel.

What happens if my area is already taken?

We tell you straight away rather than selling you the leads anyway. One installer per area is the whole product. We will not put two of you in the same postcodes.

What does it cost?

From £45 per accepted lead. Your exact price depends on your area and monthly volume, and we confirm it before you order. Full detail on the pricing page.
