Terms & Conditions

Last updated: February 2026

1. Who We Are

PoweredLeads is a trading name of Forhad Sarker, a sole trader based in Wrexham, Wales, UK. These terms govern the relationship between PoweredLeads ("we", "us") and you ("the client") when you use our services.

By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. What We Do

PoweredLeads provides exclusive lead generation for UK solar installers and other home improvement trades via Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising. Our services include:

  • Meta Ads campaign creation and management
  • Landing page design and optimisation
  • Lead delivery and tracking
  • Campaign reporting and analytics

3. No Lock-In — Rolling Monthly

We don't do long-term contracts. Our services operate on a rolling monthly basis. If it's working, you stay. If not, you leave. Simple.

  • Services renew automatically each month
  • Cancel any time with 14 days' written notice (email is fine)
  • No exit fees, no penalties

4. Payment Terms

  • Our management fee is billed monthly in advance
  • Ad spend is paid directly to Meta by you — we never hold your ad budget
  • Invoices are due within 7 days
  • Late payments may result in campaigns being paused until the balance is cleared
  • All prices are in GBP and exclusive of VAT (we are currently below the VAT threshold)

5. Lead Exclusivity

All leads generated through your campaigns are 100% exclusive to you. We do not resell, share, or redirect your leads to other businesses. When a homeowner fills in your form, that lead is yours.

6. No Volume or Conversion Guarantees

We work hard to deliver quality leads, but we cannot guarantee:

  • A specific number of leads per month
  • Conversion rates or sales outcomes
  • Performance during seasonal fluctuations or market changes

Lead generation depends on many factors including your budget, location, competition, and how quickly you follow up. We'll always be upfront about what's realistic.

7. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business information for ads and landing pages
  • Follow up on leads promptly — speed matters
  • Grant us access to your Meta Business account (or we create one for you)
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Pay invoices on time

8. Intellectual Property

We believe in fairness. Here's how IP works:

  • Ad creatives and landing pages we build for your campaigns transfer to you when our engagement ends
  • Our internal processes, templates, and strategies remain ours
  • You grant us permission to use your brand assets (logo, images, etc.) for the purpose of running your campaigns

If we part ways, you keep what we built for you. No hostage-taking.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all business information, strategies, and data shared during the engagement. This survives termination of these terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • PoweredLeads is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits or lost business)
  • Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim
  • We are not responsible for changes to Meta's platform, policies, or algorithms that affect campaign performance
  • We are not liable for how leads are handled after delivery

11. GDPR & Data Protection

We take data protection seriously. Both parties agree to:

  • Comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018
  • Process personal data only for the purposes of delivering our services
  • Implement appropriate security measures to protect lead data
  • Notify each other promptly in the event of a data breach

For full details on how we handle data, see our Privacy Policy.

12. Termination

  • Either party can terminate with 14 days' written notice
  • We may terminate immediately if you breach these terms or fail to pay
  • On termination, we'll hand over all ad creatives and landing page assets
  • Any outstanding invoices remain payable

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll give you reasonable notice of any significant changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
